About the Event

Stress is unavoidable but also manageable.  This webinar will cover how our stress-response system works in a perfect world, how it works in the REAL world, and provide approachable, adoptable tools and techniques to manage stress and improve your wellness.

Our presenter, Chris, grew up in Kansas (complete with ruby slippers) and graduated from the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy (Rock Chalk Jayhawks!). She has dedicated her entire 20+-year career to the specialty field of compounding pharmacy because it enables her to provide personalized patient care. She has taught compounding skills to pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy students across the US and Canada, including for the Professional Compounding Centers of America and MD Anderson Cancer Center. She owned and operated her own compounding pharmacy in Houston, Texas. Now, she is pleased to work with you: by listening to your health concerns, priorities, and goals, she can create solutions to help patients achieve optimal wellness.
