About the Event

Endurance athletes often look to nutritional supplements to support athletic performance, but are you getting the right mix of products? Learn from Eric Wiegel, PhD, RSCC, CSCS, USAW, (Ortho Molecular Products) on the benefits of finding the right nutritional supplements to optimize your athletic performance and recovery. Hear the science of optimizing your training and recovery with supporting research down to the cellular level.

Night one Eric will focus on products to boost your training and performance. The industry is full of information about collagen, but do you know what to look for in a high-quality product? Eric will uncover the myths, misinformation, and confusion around nutritional supplements for performance such as collagen, multivitamins, fish oil and more.

The second night will focus on what your body needs to recover. Endurance athletes’ bodies are put through a lot of strain in training and competition. Eric will explain not only how to help your body recover but also give examples of what products are right for your own recovery. Once recovered, learn about maintaining peak nutrition to support your training.
