About the Event

Learn the process for making your own long infusion tea; not only the “how-to” but also discussion about benefits of various other herbs you might want to include.  We’ll start with Stinging Nettles, a powerhouse source of many bioavailable vitamins, minerals, polyphenols and more. Studies have shown that nettles may reduce inflammation, hay fever symptoms, blood pressure and blood sugar levels — among other benefits.   Other herbs to be discussed will include, Agrimony, Nettle Roots, Lemon Balm, Oatstraw, Raspberry Leaf, Orange Peel, Marshmallow Root, Rose Petals, Spearmint, and Peppermint.   The $10.00 fee covers all the necessary materials for this Make & Take Workshop.  Space is limited to 10 participants so don't delay - sign up today!
