About the Event
Stinging Nettles have been used for centuries as a nutrient rich food.  A powerhouse source of many bioavailable vitamins, minerals, polyphenols and more, studies have shown that nettles may reduce inflammation, hay fever symptoms, blood pressure and blood sugar levels — among other benefits.  Not only will you learn how to utilize the wide range of gifts this plant offers, you will learn the basics of tea infusion that you can apply to other herbs, too. The $5.00 fee covers all the necessary materials for this Make & Take Workshop.  Don't delay - sign up today!  Due to space constraints, we can only host eight participants for each workshop session.
